Yoga Deck for Kids on the Ball™ uses an exercise/therapy ball to help kids work on the most popular yoga positions. Each of the 44 cards features the adorable Herbert character striking a different pose (such as Dancer, Warrior, Where’s My Shoe? and Half Dog) as well as directions for alignment, action and attention. This deck can be used with or without a ball (pictures show poses with the ball); with 1 child or multiple children; for a few minutes or a full session; at home, in the clinic, classroom or gym. For Ages 3+. Adult supervision required.

Developed by Ilana Danneman, a physical therapist, yoga enthusiast and mom, in collaboration with yoga instructors as well as physical, occupational and speech-language therapists.

The yoga movements are designed to appeal to children with varying abilities, and each card highlights elements of the pose: Balance, Calm, Social, Strength and/or Stretch.

Tip: An easy way to choose the right size ball is to first measure the child's arm length (armpit to fingertips). This measurement should be close to the diameter (height) of the ball that you choose.
