Ideas for Use
This foam balance beam can be used with the flat side down or the flat side up, offering endless opportunities for exercise and play. When possible, use the balance beam without shoes for extra feedback to the feet and joints. On a single balance board put one foot in front of the other to practice balance. When you’re comfortable with position, make it more difficult by squatting in the same position. Alternatively, place the round side down and lay with your spine along the balance beam. Raise one leg off the ground while continuing to maintain balance.
For returns, a 20% restocking fee is applied.

My son loves it!I couldn't be happier with this product. It helps improve my son's balance and coordination in a way that is fun for him. I also like that it isn't huge and is easy to move when needed.Read MoreJust what we needed! My 4 year old loves this and uses it to act out her 'Tumblebear" classes. It calms her down because it requires concentration. I love it because it is lightweight enough to stand up in the corner when she's not using it. Well worth the money. The only drawback I see is that it's rounded so it's a bit trickier to balance on than a regular gymnastics balance beam. That doesn't bother us, though, so I'm still giving it 5 stars.Read MoreFoam Balance BeamThis beam is light weight, so it is easily transported between inside and outside. The top is curved instead of flat, so it is a little more difficult to balance on than flat balance beams. It is worth the money, though. It is a fun way to help children who have issues with coordination, and it is short enough to keep them motivated instead of getting discouraged.Read More
