Shipping Rates

For online orders delivered in the continental USA:

Free shipping when the qualifying items in your cart total $99 or more (excluding orders outside the continental 
USA).  Order must be completed online.

The gift box symbol indicates all qualifying items. 

  • Flat fee shipping of $5.95 for orders under $40

  • Flat fee shipping of $8.95 for orders under $80

  • Flat fee shipping of $10.95 for orders under $99

The truck symbol with "Shipping Fee Applies" indicates non-qualifying items.


  • UPS ground rates will apply to those items and can be viewed during checkout, prior to confirming your order.

  • Shipping charges will apply to orders under $99 or if one or more items have the truck symbol.

  • Shipping charges vary according to zip code.

Orders placed via phone, email, or fax are subject to our standard shipping rates:

  • 13% of the order total with an $8.95 minimum charge (some exceptions apply). 

  • Orders placed to Alaska, Hawaii or to APO or AFO addresses may have additional shipping charges. Please 
    email or call for a quote.

  • Customers shipping to Puerto Rico should click on the flag at the top-left of your screen and select 'Puerto 
    Rico' option.

Shipping outside US

  • To ship outside of the US, please select your country of choice by clicking on the flag at the top-left of your 
    screen. Products will then be priced in your local currency. 

  • Products with a truck symbol cannot be shipped outside the continental USA.

Shipping Speed

  • Most orders are shipped within 1-3 business days through UPS or USPS. (gift box symbol items image_204)
  • Large items may have longer delivery times. (truck symbol items image_205)
  • Custom made items can take up to 3-6 months to be shipped.

  • Please note: Some items in your order may be shipped separately from the rest of your order. Estimated date provided upon request.
  • Some item(s) may ship by truck. In the event that your order is shipped by truck, your location's capacity for accepting and unloading shipments will determine the type of truck delivery you will use.
    • Standard delivery is used when a facility has a loading dock or forklift on site.
    • Lift gate delivery is used when a facility does not have a forklift or accessible loading dock but does have personnel that can handle and transport the contents of the shipment.
    • Inside delivery is used when a facility does not have the capacity to unload and transport large and heavy shipments. The shipment will be brought to the threshold of your facility. It will not be brought to a specified room or transported up or down a stairwell.

Customs Tariff, Duty or Tax

The customer is responsible for paying applicable duties and taxes, which vary by country and are subject to 
change. 

Hassle-Free Returns

Our goal is 100% customer satisfaction. 
To make a return, please follow these easy steps within 90 days for a full refund on the product(s). The customer is 
responsible for the cost of return shipping.

  • Returned items must be new and unused, in the original packaging.

  • Any item returned within 90 days, that is not in resellable condition, will have a 20% restocking fee deducted 
    from the refund.

  • Additionally, any items with the truck symbol that are returned will also have a 20% restocking fee deducted from 
    the refund.

  • Clearance items and oral products cannot be returned or exchanged.


  1.  Request a Return Authorization Number from support@funandfunction.com or call 1.800.231.6329. 
    Briefly describe why you are returning the item(s) to help us track any issues.

  2.  Ship the item(s) to the special mailing address that will be provided to you along with the authorization number. 
    Do not ship it elsewhere or your refund may be delayed. Properly pack the item(s) to arrive in good condition. Include your
    name, address, and authorization number on the outside of the box.

  3.  We refund your purchase once we receive the item in good, saleable condition. You will receive a refund within 4-5 
    business days after we receive the item.

*Exceptions Apply: Oral motor products, underwear and final sale products are non-returnable as indicated on 
those product pages. Selected items have a 30-day return policy, and/or a 20% restocking fee, as indicated on 
those product pages.

Easy Exchanges

Need a different size or a different item? 
No problem! We are happy to make the exchange. Please follow steps one and two for Returns (above).

After we receive the returned item from you, we will send your new product - with free shipping for orders in the 
continental USA! If there is a price difference, we will make the adjustment on your original method of payment.

Warranty Disclaimer

Our product pages will indicate if a product comes with a warranty and the length of such warranty. 
If no warranty is stated, then the product does not come with a warranty.

Now for the legal jargon for when no warranty applies: Except for express warranties stated on the product pages, all 
products are sold without any warranty. All implied or statutory warranties, including but not limited to any implied 
warranties and conditions of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are specifically excluded.

Certain state laws do not allow limitations on implied warranties. If these laws apply to you, some or all of the 
above disclaimers may not apply to you, and you may have additional rights.

Damaged Products

If you receive any product that is damaged, then you must notify us within 10 days of receipt and follow the return 
procedures above.

Wear and Tear Policy

Fun and Function products are guaranteed against defects in materials or workmanship for one year from the date of delivery. Customers are required to inspect their product(s) within one week of delivery to ensure that all parts and components are present and intact. Once this window has passed, we will not bear responsibility for missing or broken parts. In the event that components of a product are missing or damaged, please hold onto the original box and packaging until the issue has been resolved. Please note, with use of the product, wear and tear is expected to occur and there is no guarantee against normal deterioration. If a year has passed and you feel your product has experienced unusual or significant wear and tear, please contact our team at customercare@funandfunction.com for assistance. To ensure the safe and responsible use of our products, we advise that you inspect all hardware and weight-bearing products for damage or breakage prior to each use as they may need to be replaced or repaired from time to time. 
Warranty does not cover conditions, damages or failures due to normal wear and tear. Any alteration, abuse, misuse, tampering, improper repairs, negligence or use of the equipment in a manner inconsistent with the included instructions may void the warranty.
