Getting Started

Use weighted products with guidance from a therapist. Weights should be carefully and gradually adjusted for each person's needs (10% of total body weight is a common standard. The total should never exceed 10-15% of total body weight). Weights are included (see details for more info.) Additional weights sold separately (see accessories). Learn about the calming benefits of weights and compression. 

Use with adult guidance. Never use to cover face or restrict child's movement. User should be able to remove weighted clothing without help. Follow the age and weight guidelines stated on the product insert. Do not allow user to sleep with weighted clothing. Use weighted products with guidance from a therapist. Small: Includes two 1/4 lb. shoulder weights, two 1/2 lb. torso weights and four 1/4 lb. torso weights for a total of 2.5 lbs. Holds up to 6 lbs.
Medium: Includes two 1/2 lb. shoulder weights, two 1/2 lb. torso weights and four 1/4 lb. torso weights for a total of 3 lbs. Holds up to 6 lbs.
Large: Includes two 1/2 lb. shoulder weights, two 1/2 lb. torso weights and four 1/4 lb. torso weights for a total of 3 lbs. Holds up to 9 lbs.
X-Large: Includes two 2/3 lb. shoulder weights, two 1/2 lb. torso weights and four 1/4 lb. torso weights for a total of ~3.33 lbs. Holds up to 9 lbs.
