- Front snap closure with hook-and-loop side closures to adjust to best fit
- 6 interior pockets for removable weights
- Weighs approximately 7 oz. (without weights)
- 100% polyester vest. Lining is 80% polyester, 20% cotton. Copper snaps. 100% cotton weights filled with steel pellets.
- To wash vest, remove weights. Machine wash cold. Air dry.
- Surface wash weights. Air dry.
- Colors: blue or pink
- Small: Holds up to 6 lbs. of weight
- Medium & Large: Each hold up to 11 lbs. of weight
- Please note: Weights should be carefully and gradually adjusted for each person's needs. (5% of total body weight is a common standard. The total should never exceed 10-15% of total body weight

I was told by customer service that it is only meant for a teacher to put on and off. I was surprised as we are encouraging independence in our Kindergartener. He has hypotonia in his hands, so can't be rough with it. I am going to local friends that sew for ideas on a repair. Only get if an adult will put it in and off. When I tried to use the large size vest I was disappointed that the weights were not heavy enough. Any student that needs the larger size would need more weight. This should be stated so that weights can be ordered. Then it is another $19.00 which is not a great price since these are made from such a lightweight material compared to competitiors.
