Frequently Asked Questions
Why do people purchase through Consultants instead of online?
Consultants provide important benefits, particularly the opportunity to
touch-and-feel the product(s) and learn more about its uses prior to making a
purchase decision. This is valued by both parents and therapists who are
reluctant to invest precious dollars in products that may not be useful or
relevant. Consultants also provide a venue for sharing information that is
conducive to networking and support. In addition, Consultants provide free
shipping, providing all the items are sent directly to the consultant for
distribution.
What gifts can we give to a hostess for hosting a home party?
The hostess will receive 10% of the event sales towards purchase of products
from the Consultant. In addition, the hostess will receive 50% off selected
items. These gifts are not applicable for Consultants who choose to host parties
in their own homes.
What is the general compensation for consultants?
Consultants receive 25% commission on the sale of exclusive therapy products
manufactured by Fun and Function (less returns). Consultants receive 10%
commission on the sale of all other products (about 800 items). And,
Consultants receive a $75 quarterly cash bonus each time sales are $1500 or
more during the 3-month period.
Note: In the event that a Consultant’s sales average less than $200 per
month over a 3-calendar-month period, Fun and Function has the right to
de-activate the agreement. Fun and Function may choose to allow a Consultant
to reactivate the agreement, and may require payment of a $25 re-activation
fee.
