Ask your occupational therapist about weights and wear times for best results. Weights should be carefully and gradually adjusted for each person's needs. Small and Medium vests can hold up to 6 lbs. and Large and X-Large vests can hold up to 9 lbs. (5% of total body weight is a common standard. The total should never exceed 10-15% of total body weight.)
Small: Includes two 1/4 lb. shoulder weights, two 1/2 lb. torso weights and four 1/4 lb. torso weights for a total of 2.5 lbs. Holds up to 6 lbs.
Medium: Includes two 1/2 lb. shoulder weights, two 1/2 lb. torso weights and four 1/4 lb. torso weights for a total of 3 lbs. Holds up to 6 lbs.
Large: Includes two 1/2 lb. shoulder weights, two 1/2 lb. torso weights and four 1/4 lb. torso weights for a total of 3 lbs. Holds up to 9 lbs.
X-Large: Includes two 2/3 lb. shoulder weights, two 1/2 lb. torso weights and four 1/4 lb. torso weights for a total of ~3.33 lbs. Holds up to 9 lbs.

- Remove weights before washing.
- Machine wash cold with like colors, gentle cycle. Do not bleach. Hang dry.
