The Reading Focus Cards, solutions for struggling readers, are customizable, teacher-created tools that help focus a reader's eyes on one or two lines of text and block out more surrounding text than any other tool available. Each Combo Pack contains all components for customizing two, different-sized tools for most printed formats. These tools also allow for changing the white background of a page of text in order to diminish or eliminate visual stress for some readers. The three filter colors provided in every package for this purpose have been recommended by developmental optometrists. While helpful for new, young readers, the Reading Focus Cards (U.S. Patent 7,565,759), with their visual and tactile features, can also aid readers with sensory issues, AD/HD, dyslexia, autism spectrum disorders, low vision, stroke recovery, TBIs, and other challenges affecting reading ability. The Reading Focus Cards can even be used for math placeholder work and algebraic or scientific equations. There is no lead, no known latex but does contain phalates. Ages 4+.
