What is a Purchase Order?

A Purchase Order (or PO for short) is a formal document, from the buyers organization, that customers use to request products from Fun and Function. It outlines the specifics of what you want to order and the terms under which you wish to purchase them.

How do I place a PO? 

For online POs:

Simply proceed through our regular checkout process and enter your PO number in the designated field. You'll complete payment as usual.
For your first order: Our team will reach out to request a copy of the official PO for our records.

For offline POs: 

Email your PO to accounts@funandfunction.com

What is the shipping fee for PO’s?

PO's completed online may be eligible for free or discounted shipping. Please see our shipping information for more details.
Offline, the shipping fee for PO's is generally 13% of the order total, with a minimum shipping charge of $8.95. Some exceptions apply.

How can I set up my account as tax-exempt?

If your organization is tax-exempt, please send your tax-exempt certificate to customercare@funandfunction.com. Once we review and approve the documentation, we’ll update your account, and sales tax will no longer be applied to future eligible orders.
If you've already placed an order, quote, or purchase order with sales tax, don't worry - we can assist with removing it once your tax-exempt status is confirmed. Please mention any prior orders when emailing your documents.

No problem. We're happy to work with your purchasing department and provide all the requested paperwork. Fun and Function is already a registered vendor with hundreds of school districts and organizations across the United States.
