Model MW7661 Safety Recall
At Fun and Function your safety is our top priority.
That is why we have announced a voluntary recall of the multi-point swing frame model MW7661 in cooperation with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC).
We have learned that the swing frame can crack or break during use, posing a fall hazard, which can result in injury.
This recall involves the multi-point suspension swing frame model MW7761. The frame is designed to support a swing (sold separately) for use in therapeutic settings for neurodiverse children who benefit from vestibular input.
The swing set is made of black metal tubing. It is approximately 82 inches high and 55 inches wide, and weighs about 34 pounds.
The swing frame was sold from May 2022 through February 2026.
If you have purchased this multi-point swing frame, please stop using it immediately and follow the registration form below to receive a full refund.
Disassembly Instructions
for the Multi-Point Suspension Swing Frame (MW7661)
Please follow the steps below in order to safely disassemble your swing frame.
1. Remove diagonal supports (piece #3):
Unscrew and detach all four #3 support pieces from #1 and #2 on both sides of the frame.
2. Remove top connectors (piece #8):
Unscrew piece #8 from piece #7 on both sides. Carefully slide piece #8 off and set aside.
3. Detach upper frame sections (piece #7): Unscrew piece #7 from piece #6 on both sides. Slide piece #7 off and set aside.
4. Disconnect side supports (pieces #1 and #2):
Remove the long screws connecting pieces #1 and #2 to pieces #4 and #6. Carefully remove pieces #1 and #2 from both sides.
5. Remove vertical connectors (piece #6):
Slide piece #6 off of piece #4 on both sides and set aside.
6. Detach base connectors (pieces #4):
Unscrew and slide each piece #4 off both ends of piece #5.
Once we confirm your recall registration, please dispose of the entire frame and hardware as instructed.
Please dispose of the frame and the hardware separately.
