User should be at least 3 years of age, unless age guidelines state otherwise. Follow the weight guidelines stated on the product insert. Do not allow user to sleep with weighted lap pad. User should be able to remove lap pad without help. Never use to cover face or restrict child's movement. Always use weighted products with guidance from a therapist.
