What is a Purchase Order?

A Purchase Order (or PO for short) is a formal document, from the buyers organization, that customers use to request products from Fun and Function. It outlines the specifics of what you want to order and the terms under which you wish to purchase them.

How do I place a PO? 

For online POs:

Simply click Purchase Order as a payment method on the online checkout page and fill in your information. If you know exactly what you want you can easily use our Express Order Checkout and save loads of time!

Please note, for your first online order, our team will reach out to request a copy of the official PO.

For offline POs: 

Email your PO to accounts@funandfunction.com

What is the shipping fee for PO’s?

PO's completed online may be eligible for free or discounted shipping. Please see our shipping information for more details.
Offline, the shipping fee for PO's is generally 13% of the order total, with a minimum shipping charge of $8.95. Some exceptions apply.
