Shipping, Delivery and Returns

For online orders delivered in the continental USA:
Free shipping when the qualifying items in your cart total $99 or more (excluding orders outside the continental USA). Order must be completed online. The gift box symbol indicates all qualifying items. The truck symbol indicates all non-qualifying items.
Flat fee shipping of $5.95 for orders under $40, $8.95 for orders under $80, $10.40 for orders under $90, and $11.95 for orders under $99. For items with a truck symbol, shipping charges vary according to zip code.
The truck symbol with "Shipping Fee Applies" indicates non-qualifying items. UPS ground rates will apply to those items and can be viewed during checkout, prior to confirming your order. Shipping charges will apply to orders under $99 or if one or more items have the truck symbol.
Orders placed via phone, mail, or fax are subject to our standard shipping rates: 13% of the order total with an $8.95 minimum charge (some exceptions apply). Orders placed to Alaska, Hawaii, or to APO or AFO addresses may have additional shipping charges. Please email or call for a quote.
Shipping outside US To ship outside of the US, please select your country of choice by clicking on the flag at the top-left of your screen. Products will then be priced in your local currency.
Products with a truck symbol cannot be shipped outside the continental USA.
Most orders are shipped within one business day through UPS or USPS.
Large items may have longer delivery time as indicated by the product detail.
Options for Expedited Shipping
For an additional fee, expedited shipping may be an option, depending on the item and shipping zip code. Next Day Air and Second Day Air exclude delivery on Saturday, Sunday and holidays. Order must be placed by 1 pm EST.
Customs Tariff, Duty or Tax
The customer is responsible for paying applicable duties and taxes, which vary by country and are subject to change.
Our goal is 100% customer satisfaction. To make a return, please follow these easy steps within 90 days for a full refund on the product(s). The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. Returned items must be new and unused, in the original packaging. Any item returned within 90 days, that is not in resellable condition, will have a 20% restocking fee deducted from the refund. Additionally, any items with the truck symbol that is returned will also have a 20% restocking fee deducted from the refund. Clearance items and oral products cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Request a Return Authorization Number from [email protected] or call 1.800.231.6329. Briefly describe why you are returning the item(s) to help us track any issues.
- Ship the item(s) to the special mailing address that will be provided to you along with the authorization number. Do not ship it elsewhere or your refund may be delayed. Properly pack the item(s) to arrive in good condition. Include your name, address, and authorization number on the outside of the box.
- We refund your purchase once we receive the item in good, saleable condition. You will receive a refund within 4-5 business days after we receive the item.
Need a different size or a different item? No problem! We are happy to make the exchange. Please follow steps one and two for Returns (above).
After we receive the returned item from you, we will send your new product - with free shipping for orders in the continental USA!
If there is a price difference, we will make the adjustment on your original method of payment.
Our product pages will indicate if a product comes with a warranty and the length of such warranty. If no warranty is stated, then the product does not come with a warranty.
Now for the legal jargon for when no warranty applies: Except for express warranties stated on the product pages, all products are sold without any warranty. All implied or statutory warranties, including but not limited to any implied warranties and conditions of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are specifically excluded.
Certain state laws do not allow limitations on implied warranties. If these laws apply to you, some or all of the above disclaimers may not apply to you, and you may have additional rights.
Please follow the return procedures above for any warranty returns.
If you receive any product that is damaged, then you must notify us within 10 days of receipt and follow the return procedures above.
