A great addition to motor planning activities, these weights also provide the heavy work that many kids crave. The ankle weights are adjustable in size and can hold up to 2 lbs. of total weight (1 lb. per ankle). Adjust the weight by removing or inserting the weight bars into the appropriate slots. A D-ring closure ensures a snug fit and a padded interior makes sure that the weights fit snugly to most ankles.
