Terms and Conditions for SensaPrize Subscription
Auto-renewal
Your Subscription automatically renews, and you will continue to be charged unless or until you cancel your subscription, or we suspend or terminate it.
Payment
You authorize us (and any payment processor) to charge your payment card when we process your subscription order, which renews automatically. In the event of an order cancellation or refund, the bank issuing your payment card may control when to release the funds.
Fun and Function reserves the right to cancel or prevent future payment at any time, without limitation, including if you attempt to breach these terms or any applicable law or regulation; or if we suspect fraudulent, unlawful or improper activity regarding a payment.
Cancellation or Pause Options
You may pause or cancel your Subscription at any time: Login to your Account, navigate to the subscription tab, choose pause or cancel. Or email customerservice@funandfunction.com or call 800.231.6329 and follow the instructions given.
You must pause or cancel five days prior to your quarterly shipment date to avoid being charged.
Note: Your first box ships immediately after you subscribe. Subsequent boxes ship every three months.
There are no cancellation fees. Canceling your subscription does not result in a refund of amounts already paid or stop a pending charge, but will go into effect for the next billing cycle.
No Resale
Products are for your personal use only, and you agree not to sell or resell any products.
No Returns
No returns. All sales are final.
